TERMS
All orders are COD unless the customer is approved for open credit terms after completion of our credit application. We also accept major credit cards.
There is a $50.00 minimum on all orders.
SHIPPING
Site Pro 1 uses a variety of different shipping methods which include 9 different freight carriers throughout the United States. We ship from our facilities in New York, California and Georgia, using software that takes into account time, location, bulk size and price.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction which includes the best shipping and best rates for our customers.
In order to execute the best shipping for our customers we make that decision at point of delivery, therefore all orders will not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to your order once carrier and point of delivery has been determined.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped you will be notified of the carrier and given a tracking number. Go to the carrier links below with your tracking number and track your delivery.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. You can return any item within 30 days of the invoice date for any reason. Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 3 years. You may choose a credit, exchange or refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Site Pro 1, Inc's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for special or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, or costs of substitute goods. This limitation applies whether such claim arises from warranty or negligence and whether such claim arises from design, manufacture or sale.
