Dale Heath is an industry veteran with several decades of experience in telecom. His career spans 38 years in the construction and telecommunication industry, which includes 10 years in commercial construction, 4 years in site construction, and 24 years in manufacturing. As a business unit lead, Heath has been responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing, product profitability, and life-cycle management, encompassing areas such as design, development, changes, drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), obsolescence, packaging, engineering, and testing. He is also credited with holding 11 patents in the industry.
Heath is affiliated with several prominent industry associations. His involvement includes roles in the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), TR-14 and Ad-Hoc Groups; the National Association for Tower Erectors (NATE), where he is a member of the Safety Committee; the Telecommunications Industry Registered Apprenticeship Program (TIRAP); and the Telecommunications Industry Foundation (TIF), where he serves as a Board Member.
Away from his professional life, Heath resides in Fort Worth, TX, with his wonderful wife Stacy, their two children Ali and Dalon, and a toy Australian Shepherd named Dex. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, boating, and playing golf.
